Today the City of Decatur, Greater Decatur Chamber of Commerce, Economic Development Corporation and Paco and Ryan Greenwell will announce the remodel of a 2,800 Square Foot Solsa American Burrito Company on Decatur’s North Side. This is project will employ 15-20 workers and plans to open in June. A Southwest Fast Casual concept is the most requested restaurant in the City of Decatur. The City held a retail feedback tour in the summer of 2014 and ongoing feedback is given on DecaturRetail.com with Southwest Fast Casual Concept remaining on top.

Solsa is a "build it your way", made-from-scratch concept. The menu will consist of burritos, tacos, salads, nachos, layered mac n cheese, loaded tots and chips & dips. We will feature both Mexican and American toppings and fillers, creating our own unique take on an otherwise popular concept.
